Treatment tailored to your individual needs, informed by decades of clinical experience.

Welcome to my practice. Before becoming a psychologist, I was a coach and teacher. I earned an MAT from Smith College in 1999 and a PsyD from The George Washington University in 2007. Since the beginning of my career, I have been helping children and parents with special attention to self-observation, emotion regulation, boundaries and communication.

Based on that background, I approach therapy with an integrative style that balances practical support with the development of greater insight into the roots of client suffering.

Tailoring each treatment to the individual person, I draw from the relational and cognitive-behavioral traditions to support growth both internally and interpersonally. My evidenced-based approach emphasizes the role of self-reflection, somatic awareness and mindfulness in overall well-being.
